Astanga Ayurveda’s Clinical Panchakarma Chikista

If you are new to Ayurveda cleansing, it is essential to learn and understand about the cleansing process – “panchakarma Chikista”

There are three integrated components of the panchakarma process:

PURVA KARMA
( Pre-purification)

PRADHANA KARMA
